The sample problems section of this site features
questions from topics in algebra. Each tutorial has its own separate
page of sample problems. These problems are more challenging than the
examples covered in each tutorial. They will give you a better idea of
some of the harder problems that professors might ask on an assignment,
test or exam. Many of the problems require a little bit of ingenuity to
solve.
The solutions to each set of problems will be
posted after each specific topic is covered in the course. It is
recommended that you try to solve the sample problems on your own,
before the solutions are posted. Then if you are having any problems,
you can compare your answer with each step in the solution to find
where you went wrong.
To visit a specific problems page, simply click
the link below or the link to the menu on the left-hand side of the
page. It is recommended that you complete the tutorial for each section
before attempting the sample problems.
